Hi, I am Arushi. Let me tell you a little bit about me.
My parents like to say I was born with my hands dipped in paint. I have always been associated with creative hobbies in some form all my life and somehow I figured out how to make a living out of it. I fell in love with design during my undergrad at UC Davis and went on to pursue a Master’s degree in HCI from NYU.
I have over 5 years of experience in product design. I have worked with startups - Whistle, e-commerce - JCPenney and B2B - ServiceNow. I am currently working as a Senior Product Designer at ServiceNow transforming the future of customer service management.
I'm able to design complex user interfaces and interactions for web, mobile, and cross-platform experiences, providing a product that is valuable, usable and desirable with focus in business goals, user insights, product management and design leadership.
I'm interested in the users and strive to learn everything I can about their behaviors, attitudes and emotions to help define the products and experiences I create.
My passion is to create innovative, usable, great looking products that people love to use.
In my free time, I love to travel️ and try new restaurants (I’m a big foodie!). As much as I love to travel, I also can be a couch potato. I am obsessed with The Office and Friends, you will see it in my designs 🙈. Other than that I love coffee ☕️ and cocktails🍹. My new passion is to brew my own coffee and learn how to make aesthetic drinks at home.
